Self Regional is celebrating World Diabetes Day with a special community outreach initiative in Uptown Greenwood on Nov 14, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.. The event includes free diabetes assessments and screenings, information from our Diabetes Educators, refreshments, and a proclamation by mayor Welborn Adams.
