OVERVIEW:
The South Carolina Spine Center is offering a special education program, “Back to Golf,” designed to help individuals with back or neck pain learn more about how to resume daily activities, including a return to the golf course.

A spine therapist from the South Carolina Spine Center and a PGA-certified golf professional from the Links at Stoney Point will conduct the program, which will include tips to manage back and neck pain, customized stretching exercises and swing mechanics on the range.

Cost for the session is $25. Three dates are being offered, and pre-registration is required:
Saturday, April 19 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, April 23 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, April 30, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
