Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Receives $150,000 from Women’s Health Classic

(Greenwood, S.C., November 21, 2016) –The Self Regional Healthcare Foundation received a check for $150,000 from the 2016 Women’s Health Classic. The funds will be used for community outreach and programming to improve the health of women and their families in the Lakelands region.

“The proceeds from the Women’s Health Classic will help our hospital continue to provide exceptional care to women in our community,” said Courtney Furman, chairman of the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Board of Trustees. “We are incredibly thankful for all of the sponsors, supporters and organizers of this tournament whose generosity translates into advancements for the patients that we serve.”

This was the third year that the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation served as the title sponsor for the tournament, which was held in May at the Links at Stoney Point.
