Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Mid-Winter Ball Co-chairs Laura Fleming (right) and Lisa Sanders, are planning “Bow Ties and Baubles…A Palm Beach Affair” as the theme for the 2016 ball benefitting our community’s healthcare needs.

(Greenwood, SC., November 6, 2015) – Self Regional Healthcare Foundation and title sponsor Greenwood Capital Associates and Countybank are pleased to announce that the 28th Annual Mid-Winter Ball will be co-chaired by Laura Fleming and Lisa Sanders.  This signature community event, scheduled for Saturday, February 27, 2016, will feature the theme “Bow Ties and Baubles…A Palm Beach Affair.”

“Guests can anticipate lots of color and pattern reminiscent of the preppy uniform,” Laura Fleming said. “We anticipate seeing lots of white dinner jackets and bow ties embracing a classic formality similar to the timeless style of the 60’s Rat Pack.”

The black-tie event, a sell out for the past six years, will debut the band Rupert’s Orchestra from Atlanta and feature a silent auction chaired by Danielle Fields. The 2016 Mid-Winter Ball will raise money to advance the hospital’s new mission – our hearts, hands and minds are leading our communities to better health.

Since its inception, the Mid-Winter Ball has raised more than $2.8 million on behalf of Self Regional Healthcare.  Community members may purchase tickets beginning in December. For additional information, please call the Foundation office at (864) 725-4256.
