Self Medical Group is Seeking a Fellowship trained Total Joint Surgeon.

Opportunity         

Orthopaedic Associates of the Lakelands is a comprehensive group of eight orthopedic surgeons recruiting a total joint surgeon to replace a retiring founding partner and to meet current volume demands. Hospital employment alleviates business management concerns and ensures referrals from within the system. Compensation is RVU based with production incentives. Benefit package also can include 2-year compensation guarantee, student loan assistance, starting bonus, HSA, 403 B, 457, moving and CME allowances. Partners have prioritized quality of life and family, with generous time off and schedule flexibility. Q7 Call is shared equally amongst partners at a level 3 trauma designation. SRH boasts a well developed and collegial hospitalist group that admits all geriatric admissions.
