A Message from our CNO

We chose a career in nursing because we want to help others. Along the way, we realized that it’s not just about the patients we care for every day at the bedside, but also about their families and loved ones, who are impacted by the healthcare experience. Nurses have the privilege and honor of being with patients and their families during vulnerable times. We work hard to earn our nursing license and effectively care for others, while also mentoring other caregivers.

As a nurse, you have worked hard for your education and deserve to work for an organization that values your knowledge and skills, and supports your development. Self Regional Healthcare offers these opportunities and allows nurses to do their best work. If you believe that working in a community hospital and caring for your friends, neighbors, and community members is the right fit for your career, we would love to hear from you!

Carol Stefaniak

Our vision for the nursing program is to promote a healthy work environment where nurses can provide innovative and compassionate care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. We believe in advancing the practice of nursing through self-governance and professional development, and in using evidence-based practices to continuously improve the delivery of patient-centered care. At Self Regional Healthcare, we strive to be the leader in the field of nursing and to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of the patients and their families we are entrusted to serve.

Flexible self-scheduling allows for work and school balance.  Enrolled students will become team members who are paid hourly, receive financial incentives, and preferential consideration for Registered Nurse job placement. Contractual agreement of 1 year of service, post RN licensure, is required.
