As a part of Self Regional Healthcare Physician Practices, we provide a team of doctors, family physicians and specialists, nurses and specially trained staff – all working together for your health. Our Providers:

Office Hours

Our practice provides clinical advice twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for all established patients.

After regular office hours, you can reach the on-call physician by calling Self Regional Healthcare at 725- 4111. Tell the operator who your physician is, and they will page the on-call physician. The doctor will return your call.

We provide extended office hours for our patients to accommodate urgent and routine care. Patients are instructed to call 864-725-4111 after hours to schedule care during our weekend extended office hours. The on-call provider will triage appointments based on patient needs. Patients requiring urgent care will take priority over patients requiring routine care. Saturday: 9 -10 a.m. Sunday: 1 – 2 p.m.

When our patients require hospitalization, hospital management is provided by physicians with hospital practices.

NOTICE TO PATIENTS:
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
