Self Regional Healthcare welcomes you.
It is our goal to provide excellent care during a time that can be very stressful to you and your family. If you have any questions or concerns during yours or your loved ones stay, please let one of our ICU team members know, and we will be happy to help.
Visitation Guidelines:
- Visitation times are 8a-8p.
- Only two people allowed in the room at a time. Visitors may switch out.
- 1 person may stay overnight in the room so long as this does not interfere with patient care.
- Children are allowed in the ICU with supervision. -still confirming this. May remove this.
- Team members may limit the number of visitors in the room depending on treatments, patient privacy, and in an emergency the team member may ask visitors to step out of the room.
- We also ask for patient privacy no pictures or videos inside of the ICU.
- Food and drinks are not permitted in the ICU. We also ask to not bring in live flowers or plants to the ICU.
Quiet Time
- Quiet time occurs each day from 2 pm-4pm and 11pm-4am.
- Lights will be dimmed, and TVs turned off. Visitors may stay but will be asked to participate in quiet time
- Rest is very important for our patients and promotes healing.
Infection Control
To help prevent the spread of infection in the ICU:
- Please wash hands prior to coming into a room and when leaving a room.
- Visitor bathrooms are outside the ICU. Please do not use the patient bathrooms.
- Please avoid using perfumes or colognes and other scented products.

Pastoral Care:
A Pastoral Care chaplain is available to you and your loved ones. Any ICU team member is available to contact Pastoral Care on your behalf.
