Family Healthcare North Greenwood provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from infants and children to adults and seniors. Our family medicine providers are dedicated to helping individuals and families stay healthy through preventive care, treatment of illness and injury, and management of chronic conditions.

Office Hours

Regular office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mon-Fri. appointments are not scheduled between the hours of noon and 2 p.m.

Our practice provides clinical advice twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for all established patients.

After regular office hours, you can reach the on-call physician by calling Self Regional Healthcare at 725- 4111. Tell the operator who your physician is and they will page the on-call physician. The doctor will return your call.

We provide extended office hours for our patients to accommodate urgent and routine care. Patients are instructed to call 864-725-4111 after hours to schedule care during our weekend extended office hours. The on-call provider will triage appointments based on patient needs. Patients requiring urgent care will take priority over patients requiring routine care. Saturday: 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Sunday: 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.

When our patients require hospitalization, hospital management is provided by physicians with hospital practices.

NOTICE TO PATIENTS:
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
