We are pleased to announce the opening of our Neurology Program, providing local access to specialized neurological care and reducing the need for patients to travel outside our region.

Neurohospitalist Program

Providing inpatient neurological consultation and management for:

  • Stroke and TIA
  • Seizures
  • Altered mental status
  • Neurological emergencies
  • Complex hospitalized neurological patients

Epilepsy & Seizure Disorders

Evaluation and management of:

  • New-onset seizures
  • Epilepsy
  • Breakthrough seizures
  • Abnormal EEG findings
  • Medication management

Dementia & Alzheimer’s Disease

Comprehensive cognitive assessment and treatment for:

  • Memory loss
  • Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI)
  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Other dementias
  • Family counseling and care planning

Neuromuscular Disorders

Specialized care for:

  • ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease)
  • Gravis
  • Peripheral neuropathy
