On-Demand Video Visit Instructions

1. Getting Started

By Computer
Step 1: Go to MyChart.SelfRegional.org (or open the MyChart app) and enter your MyChart username and
password.
Step 2: Click on the “Menu” icon and then select “Urgent Care Video Visit”.
Step 3: Answer the question asking for your current location
Step 4: Under “What brings you here today?” select SRH Virtual Express Care Visit.
Step 5: If on a computer, select how you will be connecting to your video visit (computer or mobile app).
Step 6: Click the Test Hardware button to ensure your webcam and microphone are functioning correctly before meeting with your provider. The hardware test will open in a separate tab. Once it has completed you can close that tab to return to MyChart and click continue.
Step 7: Under “Who would you like to talk to?” click the “Put Me In Line” button.

By Mobile Device
Step 1: Open the MyChart app and enter your MyChart username and password.
Step 2: Open the MyChart app and enter your MyChart username and password.
Step 3: Click on the “Menu” icon and then select “Urgent Care Video Visit”.
Step 4: Answer the question asking for your current location
Step 5: Under “What brings you here today?” select SRH Virtual Express Care Visit.
Step 6: Under “Who would you like to talk to?” select click the “Put Me In Line” button.

2. Complete eCheck-In

  1. You must complete the eCheck-in before your video visit can begin. Here you will verify your
    contact information, insurance, and sign your video visit consent form.

    • If your insurance requires a co-pay, you will see an additional button to submit this
      payment. Please complete the payment before selecting “Begin Video Visit”
  2. You will be put in a queue for the next available provider. You should add an email address to
    receive a notification when your provider is ready.
  3. When you receive notification from your provider select “Begin Video Visit”

3. Begin Your Video Visit

You will receive an email notification when the provider is ready to connect to your video visit. Please make
sure you have your email notifications turned on.

By Computer

    1. Sign into MyChart.SelfRegional.org
      • Click Begin Visit from your Welcome! screen or click the on the Visits tab at the top. Then click
        on details of your Video Visit.
    2. Click Begin Video Visit.
    3. You may receive a pop-up message when you first connect that requests permission to access your
      camera and microphone. Click Allow.
    4. When you are connected to the video visit, the main screen will read “Connected, waiting for provider”
      until your provider signs into the video visit.

By Mobile Device

    1. Sign into the MyChart App.
      • Click Begin Visit from your Welcome! screen or click on the Visits tab at the top.
    2. Select your video visit appointment from the Appointments screen.
    3. Click Begin Visit.
      • A Hardware Test is built in when you begin your video. It will check your browser, camera and
        microphone. You may be prompted to allow access to your device’s microphone and camera.
        Please click allow in the popup box that is displayed.
      • Once the hardware test is completed and successful, click the “Join call” button.
      • If the provider has not joined the video visit yet, you will enter a waiting room. A message will
        appear “Waiting for others to connect.” You should see your video on the lower right side of the
        screen. Once the provider joins the video visit, you will see them on the screen.
