Virtual Care

Using your phone, tablet or computer, it’s never been easier for you and your family to instantly access a Medical Provider using your Self Regional Healthcare MyChart account. For nonemergency concerns, you, or your children 5 years and older, can get a diagnosis or prescription from one of our Virtual Services Providers in a quick 10-minute video visit, or by submitting a convenient eVisit questionnaire.

Appointments are offered On Demand (meet now, no waiting) or by appointment. Also, if you need follow-up testing after meeting with a Virtual Services Provider, many tests and screenings are available through our Drive Through Services providing rapid results. Log on to your Self Regional MyChart and Schedule an Appointment, request an On Demand visit, or submit an eVisit under the menu section. Additional instructions are listed below.

Video Visits

Common issues treated through this service include:

    • Diabetes
    • Cough/cold/allergy
    • Ear pain
    • Eye pain/irritation
    • Stress /Anxiety / Depression
    • Rashes/skin conditions
    • Sinus pain/pressure
    • Sore throat
    • Urinary Tract Infection

eVisits

An eVisit is a great tool to provide a healthcare professional information regarding your illness through a questionnaire. This information is reviewed, and a treatment plan is provided.

Common issues treated through this service include:

    • Back Pain
    • Cough
    • Diarrhea
    • Female Birth Control
    • Headache
    • Heartburn
    • Red Eye
    • Sinus
    • Yeast infection

Hours of operation for eVisits are 8AM – 5PM Monday through Friday.
Insurance is not billed, and the cost is $20.00. Questionnaires are typically answered within 1 hour. If the questionnaire is submitted outside of operational hours, then a response will be provided during the next business day.
