Self Access

A physician referral and transfer center.

Self Access provides area community physicians with a faster and more efficient service experience when admitting patients to Self Regional. Specially-trained registered nurses take your calls and connect you with a receiving medical staff member to assist with a smoother transfer of patients from physician offices, hospitals, urgent care centers and non-acute facilities.

RN Referral Specialists have extensive experience in critical care and will coordinate the transfer and admission of patients to Self Regional Medical Center.
