Medically Speaking will be launched on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 and will feature Dr. Matt Logan, President and CEO of Self Regional Healthcare, who will give a “State of Self Regional Healthcare” presentation. The program will take place at the Greenwood Theatre at 5:30 p.m.

Throughout the month, the American Heart Association’s “Heart to Heart: Why Losing One Woman Is Too Many” campaign will raise awareness about how 1 in 3 women are diagnosed with heart disease annually.
The grant for approximately $200,000 was effective November 30 and will enable Self Regional Healthcare to employ up to four full-time Peer Support Specialists in support of SBIRT programs in its hospital facilities.
We are happy to announce that beginning Wednesday, 12/22/2021, we will implement a change to our visitation policy. Visitation hours at the hospital will be expanded to 8:30 AM through 7:00 PM, 7-days-a-week. Also, up to 2 care partners (visitors) will be allowed to accompany the patient.
Over the many years, Healthy Learners Greenwood has increased health access for children in need. The local organization addresses a fundamental need in the community to improve early access and appropriate use of non-emergency health care services by providing the necessary resources for children and families.
The Self Regional Healthcare Foundation recently announced that new officers have been named on the Board of Trustees.
By awarding facilities the status of a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, the ACR recognizes breast imaging centers that have earned accreditation in mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast MRI (including MRI-guided breast biopsy), and breast ultrasound (including ultrasound-guided breast biopsy).
