Students must be 15 years of age and a rising high school sophomore, junior or senior at the time of application. Applicants must also maintain at least a “C” grade point average and have a guidance counselor’s recommendation. We request that all students be interested in a healthcare career.
The iFuse implant is intended for sacroiliac fusion for conditions including sacroiliac joint dysfunction, as a direct result of sacroiliac joint disruption and degenerative sacroiliitis, an inflammation of one or both of the sacroiliac joints situated where the lower spine and pelvis meet.
Council members will explore healthcare issues and challenges; improve the planning, delivery and evaluation of services at Self Regional; recommend new policies, programs and services; identify opportunities to improve patient and family satisfaction; and help facilitate change that will benefit all of Self Regional’s patients and their families.
As the theme suggests, the evening will be nothing short of elegant to celebrate 30 years of success in bringing advanced healthcare to the Lakelands. Since its inception in 1989, the Mid-Winter Ball has raised nearly $3 million on behalf of Self Regional Healthcare.
The Ball is set for the evening of Saturday, February 24, 2018 and will be held in a new location this year at the Greenwood Country Club. The theme of the ball is Cheers to 30 Years – A Simply Elegant Evening.
The DAISY Foundation was established in memory of J. Patrick Barnes. The care he and his family received from his nurses inspired this unique award, honoring nurses who make a profound difference in the lives of patients and their families.
