Self Regional Healthcare is working in cooperation with the South Carolina Department of Environmental Control and the national Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to monitor our service area for any signs of swine influenza. Meanwhile, DHEC has shared a number of steps South Carolinians should take to help prevent the disease from spreading. People with cold or flu-like symptoms are being discouraged from visiting patients in the hospital at this time.
